Wisdom is pounded in, the word is sweeter than honey

You know that you have been with Jesus when your character changes and you're more like Him than when you were in the world! The culmination of encounters with God is the making of Godly men and women.
Tired of long spiritual credentials bereft of fruit of the spirit. So and so prays for 10 hours but they gossip without feeling anything! So and so holds the mic through the prayer vigil then on his way home he sleeps with a woman that's not his wife...yet he is untouchable because he lives in higher realms????
Oh and there are all manner of phrases to defend waywardness. He is a man of God but is still a man. Oh the anointing cannot be touched by sin no matter what he does!! Unless you have your own brand of anointing! Keep corrupting your well...you'll see in the end.
True encounters with God break the power of the flesh from the lives of men.
We are living right in the middle of a disaster where people let their mouths utter things in the name of tongues.... but those tongues don't change them. Ever since some people discovered that they can roar on the mic, changing gears to sound more lethal as they pray...people just be copying tongues from online to come and trouble us. From where did you receive your ministry? Apostle Paul said "I received from the Lord, that which I also delivered to you". If it is not from the Lord, hush 🤫!
Fyi, when someone who has a private life of prayer picks the mic to pray, you can tell because they usher you into places they have walked in God.
When someone who doesn't have a secret life of prayer begins to pray in public, no matter how much they sound like a tractor, they will lead you to their wilderness!
Oh but the Holy Spirit of God, when He is present, His whispers are more powerful than any empty roar.
Beloved, when did you receive the tongues you speak? Let's be honest! There are people who have never been filled with the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues, they cooked their own...and it's now showing in the powerlessness of their prayers!
If you don't remember having an encounter with the Holy Spirit, ask Him for a legitimate encounter. He will encounter you with a fresh heavenly language!

Dear minister in waiting /Dear thimoty
To all the ministers who are going through difficult seasons
This epistle is for you!
You stood before men, but now you sit before God, questioning everything.
You obeyed the call. You left it all. You poured your life out like water on the altar.
But now you ask…
Where is the fruit? Where is the reward? Is God still with me? Is this worth it?
Let me speak as one who knows your pain and sees the cracks you hide behind your collar. You are not alone. And more importantly—you are not forsaken.
Here are 7 truths that will not only explain your valley, but breathe life into your bones again.
1. The Christ you preach was also rejected in ministry.
Jesus, the perfect Son of God, walked into His hometown with the anointing of Isaiah 61 on His lips—and they tried to throw Him off a cliff (Luke 4:28–30). He raised the dead, opened blind eyes, fed multitudes—and still, entire cities rejected Him.
His own brothers didn’t believe in Him (John 7:5). His family once tried to restrain Him, thinking He was mentally unstable (Mark 3:21). The people He healed turned away. The multitudes He fed stopped following Him when He preached the hard truth (John 6:66).
He was misunderstood, misrepresented, and mistreated—yet He never quit.
You are not failing because people leave. You are not cursed because numbers don’t rise.
You are following a Master who walked the same path.
Be encouraged: Bishop T.D Jakes preached for years in the hills of West Virginia to small crowds. He was so discouraged, he nearly walked away from ministry—but right at the edge of quitting, “Woman, Thou Art Loosed” hit the airwaves. That one message turned his ministry into a global movement.
Breakthroughs don’t always come with noise. Sometimes they arrive in a whisper. Stay faithful.
2. Paul, the greatest apostle, was left for dead—more than once.
If ministry were about instant results, Paul would be considered a failure.
He was stoned and dragged out of a city, presumed dead (Acts 14:19).
He was shipwrecked, beaten, imprisoned, mocked, and accused by the very people he led (2 Cor. 11:23–28).
At one point, he said, “We were burdened beyond measure, above strength, so that we despaired even of life” (2 Cor. 1:8).
This was not a man lacking faith—this was a man faithful to the end.
He once said, “All in Asia have turned away from me” (2 Tim. 1:15). The entire region he poured into… abandoned him.
Demas, once a co-labourer, left him for the world.
Alexander the coppersmith did him harm.
At his trial, “no one stood with me…” (2 Tim. 4:16).
Ministry is not a ladder of success. It is an altar of sacrifice.
Take courage from Baba Guti—long before he became the global face of zaoga, he faced seasons where he wondered whether people were listening at all. At a time when growth was stagnant, God whispered out of bindura A Redeemed parish within 5 minutes walking distance everywhere. That vision only came when discouragement peaked. But he obeyed—and history was rewritten. every 5 minute walk u see a zaoga church
3. You are not weak because you feel weary.
You pray for the sick, but no one prays for you.
You pour into others, but no one pours into you.
You’ve laid hands on hundreds, yet fight private battles at home.
There are days you preach with fire and go home empty.
There are Sundays you raise others from despair, yet contemplate quitting by nightfall.
Your own marriage is under pressure. Your kids are starting to resent the church.
The giving has dried up. The crowd has thinned. The zeal is gone.
You are not weak—you are human. Even Jesus fell asleep in the boat from exhaustion. Even He groaned in Gethsemane, saying, “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death” (Matt. 26:38).
Be strengthened by Pastor Steven Furtick. In his early days planting Elevation Church, he battled depression and discouragement in his tiny living room. One day, he cried out in frustration, wondering if his generation even wanted church. That same year, seven families joined him, and the rest is history.
Don’t trust your feelings in the valley. They lie. Trust His voice.
4. You are not failing—you are being formed.
The crushing is not the conclusion. It’s the formation.
You are a seed, not a statistic.
And seeds don’t shine in the soil—they die, quietly.
What looks like burial is really planting.
The crowds may be gone. The applause may be silent. But something deep is growing beneath.
Jesus said, “Unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone...” (John 12:24).
Paul said, “Death works in us, but life in you.” (2 Cor. 4:12)
Sometimes your death is someone else’s deliverance.
Your breaking becomes someone else’s breakthrough.
Your tears are watering the next generation.
Remember Pastor Yonggi Cho, founder of the world’s largest church. For years he preached with tuberculosis, in a tent, to an uninterested crowd. He wanted to quit. But God said, “Just feed My sheep.” He stayed. Korea was changed. The forming is in the fire.
5. When people leave, the Lord stays.
Paul said, “But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me” (2 Tim. 4:17).
When friends leave, when members walk out, when spiritual sons turn prodigal—He stands with you.
God does not reward you based on their loyalty, but on your faithfulness.
Let that whisper in your soul echo again:
“I will never leave you nor forsake you.” (Heb. 13:5)
That voice in the secret place still speaks louder than the silence in the sanctuary.
Even Pastor Billy Graham faced a season where critics were loud, and crowds were few. But he returned to his knees and heard the still voice: “Preach My Word.” One stadium later, millions heard him. It only takes one YES from Heaven to rewrite everything.
6. Your family matters more than your platform.
Don’t lose your home while building God’s house.
Don’t let your children become fatherless while you father the flock.
Don’t trade your marriage for ministry applause.
Paul didn’t just give qualifications for ministry—he reminded us that managing our household is part of our calling (1 Tim. 3:4–5).
It’s okay to take a sabbath.
It’s okay to rest.
Jesus withdrew often. You’re allowed to.
Your spouse is not your assistant—she’s your covenant.
Your children are not obstacles—they’re your legacy.
Even Prophet Bebe Angel once shared that before their global visibility, he had to learn how to balance family and ministry—sometimes choosing home over invitations. That wisdom saved his family. Don’t lose what matters most trying to keep what won’t last.
7. Your crown is real—and it’s coming.
Paul said, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now, there is laid up for me a crown...” (2 Tim. 4:7–8)
There is a reward with your name on it.
Every seed sown, every sermon preached, every hospital visit, every altar call with no response, every hidden hour of intercession—it’s all being recorded in Heaven’s journal.
When no one clapped, the angels stood.
When no one sowed, Heaven took note.
When no one followed, God saw you stay.
You are not doing this for men.
You are not running for likes.
You are building for eternity.
So, dear minister… don’t quit.
You may feel invisible now, but you are seen.
You may feel spent, but Heaven is still funding your soul.
You may feel broken—but you are still chosen.
Cry if you must. Rest if you need.
But do not resign. Do not bury your mantle.
There is fire still in your bones.
There are souls still tied to your obedience.
There is oil still in your lamp.
There is a race still before you.
And the Lord still whispers,
“Well done, My good and faithful servant. You have been faithful... I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord.” (Matt. 25:23)
You will finish strong. You will rise again.
Your best days are not behind you.
