Graduate Trainee Software Developer

Job Description:
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile and web applications. You will work closely with our project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver seamless and user-friendly solutions. Your primary focus will be on developing Flutter applications, building and maintaining Laravel-based backends, and customizing WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
* Build and manage backend services and APIs using Laravel.
* Customize and maintain WordPress websites.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
* Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
* Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Software Developer with a strong portfolio of Flutter, Laravel, and WordPress projects.
* Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language.
* Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework.
* Experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
* Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* At least 2 years experience
* Experience with version control systems such as Git.

2. *Customer Engagement:*
