"We are the first generation to feel the impact of climate change and the last generation that can do something about it" Barack Obama.
The climate emergency is a race we are losing, but it is a race we can win. Go green, breathe clean. Stop polluting the environment. Save our planet. Think before you trash it.

Together we must call on governments, organisations and people everywhere to speak out against violence in all its forms. Gender based violence is not inevitable; it is preventable. Tell your families, schools, communities, and workplaces. Together, our message will be amplified, and our voices heard. Stop gender based violence

“World AIDS Day 35: Let Communities Lead” The theme is an opportunity to reflect on the progress we have collectively made with partners and to commit to the actions needed to end HIV/AIDS as a public health threat by 2030. We share the same goal as millions around the world—to end the HIV epidemic. It will take a global effort, and we remain committed in our work to get it done.

Using a condom during s*x is a great way of preventing s*xually transmitted infections as well as unwanted pregnancies. To keep s*x safe always use a condom and get tested regularly for STIs.

“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” – World Health Organization.
Good health and good sense are two of life's greatest blessings. A healthy man is a wealthy man. is here to offer you the best health care assistance. Get in touch with us today.

On World Diabetes Day, let’s raise awareness about the symptoms of diabetes: increased hunger, frequent urination, extreme fatigue, blurred vision, and slow wound healing. Recognizing these signs is crucial for early intervention. 💙🌍

Focusing on mental health care can increase productivity, enhance our self-image, and improve relationships. It doesn’t just improve our daily functioning, but it can also help us control — or at least combat some of the physical health problems directly linked to mental health conditions. For example, heart disease and stress are related, so managing stress might have a positive outcome on heart disease and promote a healthy lifestyle.

November is Men's Health Awareness month, AKA Movember month. It is an international campaign that raises awareness on men's health. This year's theme is focusing on promoting physical and mental well being of men, particularly prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health challenges, including su***de prevention. These are the things men can do to prevent prostate cancer;
Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables,
consuming less animal fat,
discussing prostate cancer screening with a Doctor. Watch out for symptoms such as weak flow of urine, difficulty urinating, frequent urinating at night
blood in urine,
pain in lower back, pelvis and upper thigh.

The root cause of gender-based violence is gender inequality. Work to change attitudes, or questioning gender roles and stereotypes that make gender-based violence acceptable in society. This can be done through organising campaigns, peer-to-peer education, providing accessible information about what gender-based violence is and furthering gender equality and human rights education for everyone

The Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA) has taken a lead among parastatals in safeguarding the health and wellness of its employees by partnering ZAPSO in providing workplace wellness interventions.

ZAPSO recently trained Workplace Wellness Peer Educators for ZINWA, who represented all their departments, marking the Authority's illustration of a commitment in the well- being of their staff. This is one of their preliminary steps in ensuring a healthy workforce and surrounding communities, as well as ensuring desired productivity, in what is evident to be a perpetual journey in this decent cause.

The training was held at ZINWA School of Excellence (ZSE), Tugwi-Mukosi Dam in Masvingo

A healthy workforce for a healthy bottomline.

Poor rural households are highly exposed to shocks since their livelihoods depend on an
increasingly deteriorated natural resource base and on often volatile climatic and market
conditions. The combination of exposure and vulnerability to
shocks can make rural people poor, keep them poor, or prevent them from moving out of poverty. When shocks occur, people employ a range of coping strategies, which often involve incurring
debt or selling assets, leaving individuals vulnerable to future shocks. To achieve poverty eradication, special focus is needed on strengthening the resilience of
poor rural households and their livelihoods to shocks.

Evidence presented at the 2023 edition of the National AIDS Council HIV Research Symposium shows that close to 300 000 Zimbabweans, 50 years old and above are living with HIV. As the nation is on course in achieving its goal of ending AIDS by 2030, it is faced with new challenges brought about by HIV and Ageing, presenting in Non-Communicable Diseases, stigma and discrimination among others. Hence the theme of the symposium dubbed, " Living and Ageing with HIV-Rethinking and Pioneering Interventions Towards Ending AIDS and Improving Quality of Life". Let us celebrate those ageing with HIV and direct efforts towards addressing Non-Communicable Diseases, stigma and discrimination and new HIV infections among this population.

Everyone can help limit it from the way we travel, to the electricity we use and the food we eat. Cool the earth with greenery or miss all the scenery. The change starts with you and me. Let's end climate change.

Substances can dull emotions and make painful feelings disappear temporarily. For this reason, many people end up using substances to cope with emotional pain, bad memories, poor sleep, guilt, shame and anxiety. However, those moments of escape are only temporary and come with deadly consequences. Finances, relationships, and personal wellbeing all get sacrificed, while the underlying issues tend only to worsen. Say yes to life. Say no to drugs. Talk to us today.
