Joseph Munemo second generation Zimbabwean sculptor. Joseph Munemo was born in Harare, Zimbabwe on 18 June 1953 and grew up in Murehwa District.
He began sculpting when he was in primary school inheriting his versatile artistic talent from his grandfather who craftted ceremonial drums, mbira, pipes and other traditional instruments.
