Hashtag blaq

Way too much emphasis is placed on education without putting more effort in bringing up responsible adults that are able to account for themself, adults that know that growing up is not an age thing but an accountability, and responsibility thing. We have people that have dozens of degrees but fail to be responsible for their actions to others, mistreat others, look down on others, despise others, speak badly about others. These are standards that society should be taught as a whole.

The people that are willing to change and evolve for their survival will survive, but those that remain steadfast and,focused in the fleeting moments of now will only be remembered in history books. The legacy of blaq people right now is that of irrational, unwise, party animals and money hungry individuals that are not participant in the development of Africa but are playing a bigger role in the exploitation of African resources. An unsustainable state of affairs is what blaq leadership and blaq people have created...

The things you tell yourself when you wake up determine the mood for that day, the thing you allow your soul to feed on when you wake up set the tone for your thinking/ day.

You lose nothing by taking a moment each day and finding just 10thingsto be grateful for, you lose nothing when you block out the noise of peoples thots and opinions of you or your life, understand many people dont realize or understand the role they playing in your life, many times people have to be negative and disappoint you so that your trust n faith is shifted to God n not man.

The only reason you don't have what you want (success, love, wealth, change etc) is becoz you havent chased/ pursued what you want. Or maybe you did pursue it and it got hard, messy, or messed up and you gave up along the way.

The only reason history keeps repeating itself is becoz you haven't changed the storyline.

If you determine the things you want out of life, defining them clearly, and fight for those things; you will get those things (time frame is dependant on you), only you can bring those things into your life, praying and sitting back will not bring them, praying and still having the same old character n habits will not bring those things you want.

So if you are not at a point you want in life, if you are lonely, sad, feel unloved then you need to be willing to change yourself, the things you want are on the other side of change, but this can only happen if you are honest enough with yourself about the bad habits and flaws you have.

Your success, wealth, love, joy were all set in place before you were born, they just are waiting on you to become the person God designed you to be.

When you choose to be the change you want to see in others, when you choose to bring out the best in others, when you choose to give more than you receive, when you choose to see god in every face, when you choose to devalue material possessions and consider peoples hearts in their actions, therein lies your success, for your success is not designed for you alone, God is not a selfish God, your talent n purpose were designed to help someone, change someone, build someone, so if you are not giving your gift away in some form or way then you still havent grasped the secret fully.

Choose to love, choose to be caring, choose to be the beauty this world needs, choose to be the peace people are praying, choose to be loving even when they dont love you back, choose to be the light the world needs.

There is certainty in one thing, you are able to do anything you set your mind and heart to do, impossible only exists for those who doubt their own capability.

One other thing remains true as well, if you dont stand up to do it, no one will do it for you, no one will bring your dreams to you, you have to be the one that get up n goes out to get them.

"Love is God, God is love"

We all need/desire/ want love, not out of a lack, or coz we are needy, but becoz of what love is we cant do without it. We however live in a time where love is what you define it to be, where my conditions on what a partner should be define the love I want or what I have defined it as for myself. Women blaming men for heartaches, and men doing the same blaming women.

The deep yearning we all have, created by a void we dont see or know of in most cases, is drawn from our Love(Spirit of God in us, our spirits), seeking to touch/commune with its other, but we lost the plot when we defined love in our own way.

So we will seek Love (God) in relationships/ marriages/careers/ life and those who knowingly or unknowingly recognize the principles of love flourish and prosper, those who fail to grasp it, or know it but refuse to follow its principles continue to lose out n blame every other thing except their failure to abide by the principle of Love (God).

Living in a world and time where everyone has rights and are entitled to something or some form of empowerment, it's so easy to lose sight of, understand or accept principles, pride makes it twice as hard for some to even get to that level.

The principle is clear, "Love is God, God is Love", in simple terms "Love is everlasting, enduring, forgiving, giving, faithful, loyal, honest, trustworthy, hard working, creative, beautiful, sweet, patient, kind, truth, peaceful......and and", no part of it points out the flaws of the other, no part of it compromises but all accepting, it is unchanging n not shifted by the times, age, trends, or coolness, it remains constant and steadfast.

This principle requires further breaking down to realize just how hard love is, just how much work is needed to put into a relationship/marriage, the further you break it down the easier you realize how much/why many past/present love's have failed.

We live in a world or time that most fear speaking the truth as it will alienate them, loss of fans or sponsors, we live in a time where someone speaking out against some of the evil in this world is atrocisized, labelled all sorts of things n called a person enticing hate. But one thing remains unchanged and very clear n that is what the Bible said is good or is bad, whether you believe in it or not, whether you believe in God or not, what remains is His word is truth and as long as you keep diluting it so you gain favour with the world then you are of this world n not His.

The Main Actor (Part 1)

When this world was nonexistent, when all it was was deep waters and darkness, you were in heaven going about your routine, glorifying God. Before He formed it He had already created you, sat down with you and equiped you with amazing and powerful gifts to rule and have dominion over all things on this earth.
Then one day God told all of us He was creating a world for us to live in, and that there will be roles that need to be filled for this world to function as it should. On a specific day, your role/ name came up, you went for the casting because it appealed to you, and because it fit you perfectly you got the part.
Because God is the Director, He knew if you fit or not, the fact that you were born means He agreed that you fit that part.
Your parents came into play because they provided the genome of how you look, talk, behave, they are like your make up artists and voice trainers on set, but they have no power over your role in this movie as you are the main character, and how your role plays out is between you and the Director. The Bible does say though that you must honor them, because when you disrespect the supporting crew to your movie its easy for them to mess your make up, or remove the sound, or sabotage a scene, and the movie loses taste, and people will walk out of the theatre.
If you look at the production of any movie, some take 2-6/ 15years from the conception of the idea to actual shooting, and till you see it in the movie house, it takes teams of almost 1000's to behind the scene to bring it all together.
Your movie can not happen if you go at it alone, actors that are arrogant, proud, selfish are almost always fired....

One day a blaq life will matter, one day the blaq leader will rmbr the blaq single mother, the blaq father that sacrifices daily for his kids, one day we will rmbr that Africa is blaq and that it's inhabitants are living, breathing humans that deserve dignity, rights and respect. One day we will know that we are blaq.

The greatest disservice you can give to anyone/ the world is not giving your best with each day you wake up.
