What exactly are house plans?

It is a set of carefully planned drawings that define the exact building specifications of a residential house like materials, layouts, dimensions and installation techniques.

So you have found the perfect location and now you want to start building the house of your dreams. The architect can design from scratch if required and even amend existing plans to cater for your needs.

BDT have lots of plans to choose from. These vary from very small house plans starting at 50 sq meters to over 600 sq meters. They come in different styles like classical, Tuscan, Bali or modern. Often we can just use the footprint of the house plan and then do the outside of the house in a different style.
