📚 A small book can change a big future.

This International Children’s Book Day (2 April), we’re launching a Book Drive for the month of April — and we’d love you to be part of it.

We’re collecting children’s books to support young learners and help build stronger literacy foundations where it matters most. Supporting The Michael Project

📖 While all children’s books are welcome, there is a special need for the Sunriser Series — widely used in Zimbabwean schools (Cambridge & ZIMSEC) and proven to support reading development from Grade 1 to Grade 4 and beyond. These books will directly benefit over 150+ children supported annually.

Our teachers were certified in THRASS (Teaching Handwriting, Reading, and Spelling Skills) today! We are truly blessed to have such a dedicated and passionate team—educators who believe that literacy is a powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty.

Well done, Team! Let’s go and empower our little ones with the gift of reading and writing.

We had a great time hosting Aime Gotte from Care and Relief for the Young during his recent trip to Zimbabwe.

We always value opportunities to connect with like-minded partners who are passionate about child care and protection. It was encouraging to spend time sharing experiences, discussing best practices, and reflecting on how we can continue to strengthen the care and support we provide to vulnerable children and families.

Partnerships like these remind us that when organisations work together with a shared heart and vision, we can make an even greater impact in the lives of children.
