A shocking incident unfolded at a local driving school in Beitbridge earlier this week after a man believed to be involved in occult practices was caught attempting to sexually assault a receptionist in broad daylight.
The suspect, whose identity has been withheld pending further investigations, reportedly entered the office under the pretext of inquiring about obtaining a provisional driver's license. According to witnesses, moments after speaking briefly with the receptionist, the man began acting erratically before attempting to force himself on the woman.

Quick-thinking staff members intervened and restrained the man before any physical harm was done. The police were called to the scene and the suspect was taken into custody.
In a disturbing statement made during his arrest, the man allegedly claimed he was under the influence of spiritual forces at the time. "I saw a blank when I entered," he said. "But the moment I saw that lady, my sexual desire rose uncontrollably. I couldn't stop myself."
Sources close to the investigation suggest the suspect may be involved in ritualistic practices, raising concerns about the growing number of alleged ritual-related crimes in the region.
The receptionist, though visibly shaken, was not physically harmed. She has since received counseling and support from the driving school management.

Police are continuing their investigations and have urged members of the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious behavior immediately.
