OFFICIAL STATEMENT

Psychbase Organization wishes to inform our community and partners that the Psych Skill Movement Outreach which was scheduled to take place today, 6th March 2026 from 15:30 to 17:30 at Cavendish University Zambia, experienced an unexpected delay due to circumstances beyond our initial planning.

We understand that many participants and supporters were prepared and looking forward to this important engagement, and we sincerely acknowledge the inconvenience this situation may have caused. Psychbase Organization values time, planning, and the commitment of everyone who contributes to our initiatives.

The event was being organized in collaboration with the Mental Health Society of Cavendish University Zambia, who had been coordinating the local arrangements on behalf of Psychbase. Unfortunately, due to scheduling challenges related to another national engagement taking place earlier in the day, there was a delay in the transportation arrangements that were meant to bring students to the venue.

The Mental Health Society team has communicated their sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and we appreciate their transparency and continued commitment to the partnership.

At Psychbase Organization, we remain committed to delivering impactful programs with professionalism and structured planning. While unforeseen situations may arise, we believe strong communication and collaboration will help us strengthen future engagements.

We are currently engaging with the Mental Health Society Cavendish University management team to determine the best way forward and ensure that the Psych Skill Movement outreach is successfully delivered to the students.

We thank everyone for their patience, understanding, and continued support as we work toward a positive resolution.
