A journey of Thornicroft’s giraffe moving through. Possibly - for me at least - the toughest animal to take a photograph of.

Here, I like the "secrecy" that I went with. Just a classic frame-in-a-frame, but it works... I think.

Christina getting her shot! 🦏 A crash of white rhino avoiding the summer heat at Royal Malewane, Greater Kruger, South Africa.

Cell phones play such an important role on safaris nowadays, and they often lend themselves to heated debate - with some people bringing up ideals or portraying a sense of higher morality for “doing less” with their phones.

Personally, as a photographer, I feel the need for people to share their experiences is a beautiful human trait. Of course, like everything, balance is key. But the fact that people nowadays can share their experiences so easily and with such clarity is quite beautiful. I like it. ♥️
