This meal saved generations of struggling African students, bachelor's & spinsters!

I give you chibwali, eggs & cabbage. The real CEC. This combo has saved more lives than anti-biotics & the UN combined. Ok maybe I'm stretching the facts, but not by much. I remember during my uni days, how a couple of friends had perfected the art of preparing scrambled eggs. These dudes had some Michelin star level skills when it came to eggs! Man, the good ol' days.

Our palette may have expanded due to improved incomes and exposure; but you can't forget to honour the real culinary O.G that saved us. Now we know how to use chopsticks and even turn up our noses at the bland food served at yet another conference or workshop buffet.

CEC held us down during those dark days of trying to figure out this career stuff. I raise my empty plate and honor you! Ok, that meal went down. Now, back to the deadlines...

There is witchcraft at work. How come the clock moves extra sloooow on the first day back at work?!

Well, Christmas is over! The sales are done, gifts have been exchanged (and have already been broken), the good food we ate is all but a distant memory and the bills have started to pile up. The greatest tragedy however, is that the lucky few who had industrial break are now back at work.. TODAY.

I have no respect for people who leave meat on the bone of a chicken after eating it!
That bird gave its life for your enjoyment, you better show some gratitude for that sacrifice and eat that sucker clean!

Pa Zed, waiting for a response to your email is kind of like a middle-aged lady waiting for Prince Charming to propose.. You spend so much time hoping and praying for it to happen & on the rare occasion that it does make an appearance, 9-times out of 10 it is faaar below what you anticipated.

Biggest culprits are government agencies. I truly believe that those guys have a clause in their contracts that states that they will have salary and pension deductions if they dare respond to an email on time!

And so the wait continues... *Refreshes Inbox...Again*
