CAN YOU SEE MY RING?

This is how I sing these days, making sure everyone sees the ring on my finger. 😂💍

No one should lie to you, marriage is a good thing. I often see people painting marriage black, as if being single is automatically better. But honestly, between being single and being married, I would still choose marriage.

And let’s be fair, not every marriage that ends was planned to fail. Some people genuinely tried, but things simply stopped working. Separation and divorce can be painful, and we should never mock those who have gone through them. But something interesting is that many people who go through divorce still choose marriage again, whether with someone else or sometimes with the same person. That tells you something about the value of marriage.

Marriage is not heaven. You will disagree, quarrel, get disappointed and face challenges. It takes two people who are intentional about building, forgiving, communicating and growing together. It cannot be one-sided.

Most importantly, let God remain at the centre. A marriage built with God is not a marriage without problems, but it has a foundation strong enough to face them.

So don't let someone's bad experience, or even their cheating and betrayal, convince you that marriage itself is bad. Marriage is good. The right foundation, commitment and deliberate effort matter.

What I witnessed tonight has left me deeply shaken. Just few hours ago, near Chita Lodge in Kafue, I saw an accident that claimed three lives on the spot. The sight, the silence, the suddenness of it all... it is difficult to put into words.

Just like that, three people who had plans, families, friends, responsibilities and people waiting to see them again were suddenly gone. Someone may have been expecting a call. Someone may have been waiting for them to come home. Someone may have gone to sleep tonight not knowing that they would never see their loved one again.

It could have been any of us.

Tonight, I am reminded that life is fragile. We make plans for tomorrow as though tomorrow is guaranteed, yet none of us knows what lies ahead. If you have been putting God off, please don't. Choose Jesus while you still have the opportunity. Make peace with God. Live ready.

“For you do not know what will happen tomorrow.” — James 4:14

Tonight, I am not writing this to frighten anyone. I am writing because I have seen, with my own eyes, how quickly everything can change. May God comfort the families who have lost their loved ones, and may He remind the rest of us not to take this gift called life for granted.

Dear brother, please take heart. 😭😂 The bass singers are not taking all the attention; they are simply carrying a very heavy responsibility. 😂😂

If people turn their heads when the bass enters, just understand that it is part of the ministry. We shall continue praying for you as you fight this spiritual battle. 😭😂

Happy Sabbath, brethren. May the Lord strengthen you, especially when the bass singer says, “Let us sing that verse again.” 😂😂

DON’T DIE WITH WHAT YOU KNOW

Have you ever wondered why our grandparents seemed to know a remedy for almost everything? A simple herb, a particular tree, or something from the kitchen could be used for a minor ailment, and they knew exactly what to do. Sadly, some of that knowledge was never passed on. When the people who carried it were gone, the knowledge went with them. Today, we often have to depend on modern medicine for things our grandparents once knew how to manage at home. Of course, doctors and modern medicine are important, but imagine how much traditional knowledge we would still have if it had been properly passed on.

The same thing happens in music.

You hear a singer say, “I can't tell you what I do to get that sound.” Some even go as far as giving wrong information so that nobody discovers their secret.

But my question is simple: Who will carry that knowledge when you are gone?

You will not be here forever. Someone else will eventually take your place. So why not find at least one person and pass on what you know? Teach someone how to sing better. Teach them how you control your bass. Teach them how you mix and master vocals. Share the knowledge that took you years to learn.

I'm not saying you must give your secrets to the whole world. But find someone you can pour into.

A legacy is not just what you achieved. It is also what you taught others to do.

Don't live like an island. Impact someone. Train someone. Correct someone. Mentor someone.

Because one day, you will leave the stage. Make sure the knowledge doesn't leave with you.

Dear Bass Lovers, meet a good bass singer. His stability on the notes is something else! But honestly, what struck me most is his humility. Talent can make you stand out, but humility is what makes people remember you.

Wizdom, keep doing what you do. Keep singing, keep growing, and most importantly, keep that humble heart. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I truly appreciate the gift God has placed in you.

One thing I genuinely find intriguing is meeting people, young and old, who get genuinely excited and happy to meet me. Honestly, that kind of love and appreciation humbles me.

And then comes the question I hear almost every time: “Do you offer bass lessons?” 😂

Well… YES, I DO! But before you get too excited, let me add the part everyone suddenly becomes quiet for… AT A FEE! 😂😂

Talent is a gift from God, but apparently, bass lessons require a little financial sacrifice. 😅
