POSITION: FIELD SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location: Lusaka

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Officer to promote our metal fabrication products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in construction, manufacturing, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers in construction, manufacturing, and related sectors.
- Promote and sell the company’s metal fabrication products, Hardware and services.
- Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and present quotations to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or marketing (experience in construction, steel, Hardware or fabrication industry is required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Good customer relationship management skills.

The position has a competitive commission structure attached.
