BA ELECTRICIAN ADVISE ME ON THIS ONE PLEASE.I HAVE TWO SOLAR PANELS AS FOLLOWS.

First one is:
Peak Power(Pmax)= 50W.
Voltage (VMP)= 18V.
Current(IMP)= 2.78A.
Open Curcuit Voltage =22V.
Short Circuit Current= 3.38A.

Second one is:
Peak Power (Pmax)= 10W.
Voltage (VMP)=18V.
Current (IMP)= 0.55A.
Open Curcuit Voltage= 21.6V.
Short Curcuit Current( SC)= 0.89A.

Advise which battery can I use?And can we use this same panels to watch even a TV set.

UNDERSTANDING NET METERING

When your solar panels produce more electricity than you're using, your meter runs in reverse, and the excess energy is sent to the grid.

Conversely, when your energy needs exceed your solar production (at night or on cloudy days), you'll draw electricity from the grid, and your meter will run forward.

At the end of the month, you'll only be billed for the net amount of energy you've used, i.e., the difference between what you sent to the grid and what you pulled from it.
