What are you eating at your house

The ambience is relaxing and tranquil. Great thought and detail was put into the entire design of this hotel. You must be dying to read about dinner. I ordered the lamb neck curry with herbed rice. The portions
are humongous. I paired this with Leopards Leap Unwooded Chardonnay. Ideally Lamb should be paired with a rich red wine, however a fine Chardonnay is acceptable.

My date ordered the butter chicken curry and herbed rice with lentil toppings, which was far superior in taste and preparation, as compared to mine. They paired this with Buiterverwachting Buiten Blanc. Thank God they were kind enough to share their plate with me, which allowed me to switch camps.

For dinner we shared my favourite all time dessert,
cheesecake. We were presented with a baked Nutella and berry cheesecake paired with cappuccino. It was heavenly and I greedily mouthed through each bite.

1. Grilled fresh bream fish over charcoal served with r**e, chibwabwa and kalembula

2. Grilled T-bone meat over charcoal served with chips and a coleslaw salad

The winner was definitely the grilled fish. I even moved camps & because I am only loyal to finger licking yummy food

A frappé coffee is a Greek iced coffee drink. The frappé was invented through experimentation by Dimitris Vakondios, a Nescafe representative, in 1957 in Thessaloniki.

Kwacha Fish and Chips has been in existence from 1968. It is one of the older restaurants that has stayed true to its originality.

They are located along Freedom Way road in Lusaka town opposite Town Centre.

They are well known for their unique soft mash like chips soaked in vinegar that will leave you begging for more, sensational Hungarian sausage wrapped and served in paper.

You have to taste it to understand and appreciate it!
