# Grateful to live in a country with so many types of dry mushrooms 🫢.
I just used two types of dried mushroom to make my version of Cantonese fried rice; Lo Mai Fan/糯米饭 .

Sunday is about ritual. Those little things matter , trust me. 🧡
Tea: marigold, lavender, basil, stinging nettle ☺️.
