There is a popular illusion: that time itself will save us, but it does not. Calendars do not create courage. Midnight does not install discipline. Monday has no magical properties.

Change happens the moment you decide to stop outsourcing responsibility to the future. Right now is already new enough. This breath, this minute, this slightly uncomfortable awareness that something must shift—that is the real starting line.

Progress is not ceremonial.

It is ordinary, quiet, and often inconvenient. But it compounds fast when you stop waiting for permission from the clock.

Begin messy.
Begin tired.
Begin now.

Someone once said, "Today is called the present because it is a gift". So, open that box of courage and pursue your highest self. Shoot for the stars and beyond. Starve fear and climb the whole length of the ladder of progress.

You do not need next year. You do not need next month. You do not need next week. You do not need tomorrow.

All you need is now.
All you need is today.

start growing today.

The only truth I can tell with absolute confidence is the truth about: who I have been, who I am and who I want to be. The only thing I can talk about, with absolute certainty, is my life.

What I hope to achieve with this page, in a world where the good majority seem to be perfect and have it all figured out, is to be relatable and honest about myself, but in a way that helps you see that it is okay to be human.

Humanity is a shared experience. We all struggle and suffer in our own ways, even the people that seem to have it all figured out. We all experience fear and courage, insecurity and confidence, doubt and certainty, satisfaction and disappointment, gain and loss, happiness and sorrow - we all go through the tragedy and the beauty of life.

As I bring you along on this life journey, my hope and prayer is that you can find within my posts lessons that can help you appreciate, embrace and love yourself, despite your many flaws. My hope is that I can share my hope, faith and love.

I have no intention of portraying some false sense of perfection. I am human and to be human is to be imperfect. To be imperfect means that our flaws manifest themselves in some form in our lives, and I am deeply flawed.

So welcome to my page.

Here is a mental trick, it is called intentional memory. Get a picture of a time when you had a good moment, then stare it.

Try to master every detail. Do that for 3 minutes, and spend every second taking mental notes of what you see.

After the 3 minutes have elapsed, close your eyes and try to remember every thing you saw. Do that for 5 minutes and then try to recall that memory.

What led to that picture? What was the moment? Were you happy? Were you excited?

Once you remember, chase that feeling.

Fight for decisions that lead you to that peaceful place.

Cut your limb and cast it away if you have to; and run, duck and ditch.

Fight for your happiness.

Fight for your potential.

Avoid distractions.

Flee from the bad influences.

Every day, wake up with one goal - gratitude. You had bad days, but you also had great ones.

Remember those, and recall the times you were resilient, when you were disciplined and focused.

Feel your softness again and let love lead. Be vulnerable and enjoy life. Get hurt. Love deeply. Have fun. Live life.

Embrace your mistakes. Forgive yourself. Move on. Watch the stars. And, breathe-in life's freshness.

Walk the world imperfectly perfect. Be yourself but adapt. Reach beyond the firmament and grab your destiny.

You are a queen. You are a king.

You are made in the image of greatness and more. And, I need you to believe it.

I want you to wake up every day knowing your life is worth many sparrows.

i want you to know that your value is divine. That you are worth the entire treasury of heaven.

I want you to know that your worth is infinite.

And, your beauty is immeasurable.
