We are deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved Treasurer, a dedicated third-year student at Mukuba University.
She served Alive Vision Organization with integrity, kindness, and a warm, loving heart. Her commitment and gentle spirit touched us all, and her impact will never be forgotten.
We are forever grateful for her service. Rest peacefully.

Never About the Clothes We Wear
The fact remains, the truth is clear,
R**e was never about the clothes we wear.
Little girls and boys, so small, so pure,
Yet predators lurk, how can this endure?
A baby, just two months old,
Brutally harmed, left alone and cold.
Was it the fabric that caught your eye?
Did their clothing give you the right to pry?
A woman covered, from head to feet,
A flowing garment, modest, complete.
Yet still, she suffers, torn and scared
Tell me, what part of her dress declared?
A five-year-old, who’s yet to grow,
Who’s never known the world’s cruel woe,
Yet even they are not spared the fate,
Proof that clothes don’t fuel this hate.
So when has it ever been what we wear?
What twisted mind finds justice there?
Stop justifying the wrongs of men,
Blame the rapists—never again.

Behind every number is a child robbed of innocence. 2,646 defilement cases in 2024 alone—this must end. Protect our children. Speak up. Take action.

Zambia has recently witnessed a disturbing surge in cases of defilement and r**e, sparking national concern and outrage. These heinous acts, often targeting women and young girls, have exposed deep-rooted issues related to gender-based violence, inadequate law enforcement, and societal silence. Despite existing legal frameworks, many perpetrators go unpunished, and victims are left traumatized and without justice. The alarming rise in these cases calls for urgent action—stronger enforcement of laws, widespread public awareness, and community-driven efforts to protect vulnerable groups and uphold human dignity.

Homeless children are not invisible—they are a powerful reminder of our collective duty to build a world where every child has a safe place to call home. Every child deserves a warm bed, a full meal, and the freedom to dream without boundaries.
