GoldTech Services is seeking Sales Agents with a can-do attitude who can deliver outstanding customer service for our client. To ensure quality Sales Agents with potential for development are hired, our client requires the following person specifications:-

Requirements:
You will be aged between 25 and 50 years of age with a Grade 12 Certificate with English and Mathematics/Accounts.

You will also:
• Have a mature attitude with excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a prompt & professional manner;
• Have computer literacy skills with experience in Word, Excel & other related programs;
• Have the ability to deliver customer focused solutions and interact with people of diverse backgrounds and have good presentation skills
• Have a service-orientated disposition, good attention to detail and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of the team;
• Have a track record achieving sales KPIs and targets;
• Have a proactive, self-motivated and driven attitude; be assertive, sociable, versatile, resourceful, hardworking and show initiative;
and,
• Must have been resident in the intended town for the last 12 months and must have had a working knowledge of the location for at least 12 months within the last 5 years.

A business/commerce/marketing first degree or a relevant diploma is an added advantage, as is Sales experience in the insurance industry.
