I'm slowly getting convinced that the "P" on Prayer stands for "PERSISTENCE". Because in verse 8 of Luke 11, the reason he is waking up to give him bread is not based on the fact that they're really friends, but that he was PERSISTENT. So yes they are friends, but that's not generally why he is giving him. He gave him because of his persistence, and he gave him much more than he needed.
Very similar to the parable of the "Persistent Widow" in Luke 18. The judge answered her not because she was a widow, but because of her persistence, he got tired and said let me give her what she wants so I can rest or else she will kill me π€£.
May the Lord grant us strength and grace to stay PERSISTENT in all things and especially in Prayer!
It's about that time π₯π₯

Kcul the Rapper rising with faith-driven hip-hop
GOSPEL hip-hop artiste Kcul the Rapper is gaining attention on Lusakaβs music scene after releasing new music and performing on major gospel platforms while using his sound to inspire young people.
Born Ndemena Malisawa, the rapper grew up in the Olympia and Emmasdale townships where he balanced his love for football with a growing interest in music.
What began as playful freestyling with his older brothers eventually developed into a deeper passion for rap.
The artiste said he first discovered his ability to rap while in primary school but initially treated it as a hobby.
βI discovered I could rap in sixth grade. My older brothers did it, so I copied. Back then it was just for fun, I never thought I would take it seriously,β he said.
Malisawa later turned to faith-driven music after a personal spiritual experience, which led him to pursue gospel rap as a platform for encouragement and mentorship among young people.
In 2019, he officially launched his music career under the stage name Kcul the Rapper, blending hip-hop with Christian messages aimed at addressing issues such as peer pressure and youth empowerment.
His music has since begun resonating with audiences, particularly young listeners who say the songs motivate them to stay focused on their goals.
Among his notable milestones is performing at the Gospel HipHop Festival and collaborating with Mag 44 on the song Fulu and In January, he released the track Woke Up Blessed, featuring gospel rap giant Tim.
The rapper said feedback from fans has been one of the most rewarding aspects of his journey.
βThereβs a song called Ani Oneh about peer pressure. Seeing my music actually guide someone is exhilarating. I thank God for what Heβs doing through it,β he said.
Despite his rising profile, Malisawa says faith remains central to his life and music.
He plans to spend Youth Day at Bread of Life Church International during the Great Awakening Conference, where he leads the creative arts ministry and uses his capacity to build other young talents in the church.
From playing football on dusty streets to performing on stage, Kcul the Rapper is emerging as one of the voices using gospel hip-hop to connect with and inspire Zambiaβs youth.
