Women produce up to 80% of food in most developing countries, performing labour intensive tasks such as sowing seeds, weeding, cultivating, harvesting crops and selling surpluses.

Investing in their economic empowerment is therefore a high-yield investment, that has multiplier effects on both productivity and development.

The goal of this fundraiser was to raise funds for the improvement of water and hygiene conditions in Sitoya - Western Province.
