Development Three Sixty-hosted an Award ceremony to its participants under the Actionaid SIDA funded project, "Strengthening Young People's Participation In Democratic Governance Through Digital Technologies."
The ceremony was graced by Development Three Sixty's board members (Mr Donald Kakulubelwa and Madam Catherine Chilala) and Civic leader Mwalibonena ward councilor Juliet Hambizi.
The participants were awarded certificate of participation in Digital Literacy, Leadership and entrepreneurship training in relation to Democratic governance.
Development Three Sixty remains committed to empowering our communities positively and championing sustainable development.

22nd December and 23rd December Activities
Today, Development 360 visited the community of Simoonga, Nsongwe and Palmgrove; and yesterday we jointly hosted community engagements at Maramba community hall which included youths from Linda, Ngwenya, Libuyu ans Ellain Brittel. We also visited the community of Dambwa Central which included youths from Morelight, Nakatindi, Dambwa Site and Service and nearby areas.
The purpose was to conduct surveys on the end of year project close, it's outcomes and pre-election survey to know if the youth have background understanding on why it is important to express their democrartic right.
An awareness session on false (Mis/Dis) information was conducted to help young people understand and be alert as we are headed towards an election year.
This activity was done in line with our governance project, "Strengthening Young People's Participation In Democratic Governance Through Digital Technologies" funded by Actionaid-SIDA.
