PRAYER SESSION 29TH AUGUST, 2026!

KEY INTO PRAYER & REMAIN WISE

SCRIPTURE: Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Proverbs 4:7

Scripture makes it clear that wisdom is the principal thing. This means, wisdom makes a person a principal and principality on the earth. The principal thing (wisdom) is the reason behind the making of principal people like Moses, Solomon, David, Paul the apostle, etc. Therefore, in order to become everything God wants you to be, wisdom is critical.

Manifestations of wisdom:

1. Wisdom is manifested in profitable and positive actions
A man is not just wise because of what he knows; a man is wise because of what he does. It is in the action of men that wisdom is confirmed. Wisdom is not just a matter of mentality, it is a matter of profitable activity (Ecclesiastes 10:10). Actions that bring profit are wise actions. The absence of wisdom is proved by repeatedly embarking on actions that bring losses.

2. Wisdom is manifested by having a sense of value for the valuables of life
People of wisdom value that which has value; they value life and time. A person lacks wisdom when he does not value what has value in life; he does not value God, education, family, children, information, etc. How much value you allocate to the things that have value determines how much wisdom you are operating in (Job 28:18).

3. Wisdom is manifested in the daily choices of people
The choice you make daily shows how wise you are. Wisdom is exemplified by the choices of our life.

PRAYER :

1. Lord by Your Help I decide to embark on profitable actions in Jesus’ Name.

2. Lord I place a high sense of value on the things that matter in life. I will value the valuables of life in Jesus’ Name.

3. Lord I will make profitable and productive choices daily in Jesus’ Name.

4. O Lord, I ask for the grace to embark on profitable actions. I receive Your help to make productive choices and value what other people value, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

The Word That Clears Away All Life’s Puzzles 🧩!

Key 🔑 in Prayer and remain Directed

SCRIPTURE: 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. John 1:4-5

The Word of God is a dissolver of puzzles and mysteries. When God wants to reveal the puzzle behind any persistent challenge in your life, He would open up Scriptures to you.

Only one Word, one revelation, one inspiration, one direction; only one thing God will tell you will change your story.

One revelation or insight from the Word of God is enough to dissolve your challenges.

PRAYER :

1. Almighty God I will give myself to the study of the Scriptures for access into mystery-dissolving light, in Jesus’ Name.

2. Almighty God, give me the revelation or insight from Your Word to dissolve any issues, confusion, and challenges, in Jesus’ Name.

3. Almighty God, I receive light from Your Word to demystify every mystery around my life, in Jesus’ Name.

Prophetic Pronouncement: I decree the dissolution of every mystery around your life in Jesus Name.

The Presence of God and Man’s Success

Prayer Session 22nd August 2026

Key 🔑 in Prayer and remain Understanding

SCRIPTURE: Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. Psalm 16:11

Success is not a destination; it is a journey. This implies that you can never arrive at success. Every step of success positions you for the next step.

On the journey of knowing what it takes to live at our best from the life of Daniel, we are looking at the fact that:

1. You are your best when you live in God’s Presence.
When you make God’s Presence your house you will live at your best. Daniel could never be kept out of prayer (the Presence of God); impossible! (Daniel 6:10). The best of man comes in the Presence of God. You live in His presence by living in the Word, worship, and in God’s Presence is fullness of Joy at His right hand are pleasures forevermore. (Psalm 16:11).

You cannot remain in God’s presence and end in mediocrity.

2. You are at you best when you live to learn.
You are at your best when you make the universe your university. You are at your best when you keep on striving to become a better Christian, husband, wife, leader, pastor, employee, employer, etc., both through practice and through receiving instructions.

Daniel said, I understood by books (Daniel 9:2); he was given to learning and he had no alternative to living at his best. You live at your best when you refuse to arrive, take every opportunity to learn seriously and you will never end in mediocrity.

PRAYER :

1. FATHER, I always create an atmosphere of Your Presence around myself, in Jesus’ Name.

2. FATHER, I choose to be a student that will learn something new today that will benefit me tomorrow, in Jesus’ Name.

3. FATHER, I refuse to arrive at success; I choose to continue to move ahead in all I do, in Jesus’ Name.

4. FATHER, Your Presence is everything to me. Give me the grace to continually abide in Your Presence and open my mind to continuous learning, LORD, in Jesus’ Name.

Key 🔑 in Prayer and remain Successful

SCRIPTURE: …lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil… Matthew 6:13

The subject of prayer is a very important subject in living a successful Christian life.

Prayer is the secret of Power. Even our Lord Jesus prayed while He was on earth and He still makes intercession to God on the behalf of the saints.

However, many Christians don’t pray as much as they should because they don’t know the power of prayer.
In our devotional today, we shall look at the power of prayer.

Prayer is a platform for the frustration and abortion of the agenda of the enemy. …lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil… Matthew 6:13

Prayer is the platform for the frustration and abortion of the agenda of the enemy in the lives of people. It is at the place of prayer that we arrest the enemy’s restlessness and recklessness. It is the place where we intersect, interfere, and interrupt satanic operations and orchestrations.

Prayer is beyond just going to God because there is a need; Prayer is a platform for the frustration and abortion of the plan of the enemy in our lives. At the place of prayer, we put the devil where he belongs so we can be where God has put us. The evil plots and plans of satan are aborted at the place of prayer.

You know, the enemy is doing a lot of overtime because he knows that his time is short.

We see the activities and handwriting of the devil every day. We see people in various kinds of bo***ge. But we can frustrate the activities of the devil by prayer. satan majorly works where there are no praying Christians. Make up your mind to pray and frustrate the works of satan around your life.

PRAYER :

1. LORD at the place of prayer I arrest the enemy’s restlessness and recklessness; over my life, in Jesus’ Name.

2. LORD I refuse to allow the activities of the devil thrive wherever I am, in Jesus’ Name.

3. LORD I frustrate the works of satan by Your Help and engaging the weapon of prayer, in Jesus’ Name.

4. LORD, I receive the grace to frustrate the activities of the enemy around my life and family. Help me to pray without ceasing, in Jesus’ Name.

Key 🔑 in Prayer and remain Changed

SCRIPTURE: “And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel" Genesis 32:28.

In Scripture, we see that when Jacob was about to shift to another phase of his life, he was asked one of the most vital questions in life by the angel: ‘What is your name?’ and he replied: ‘My name is Jacob’ (Genesis 32:27). Now, remember that before this time, his father also asked him, ‘Who are you?’ when he was about to receive the blessing (Genesis 27:32), and he said that he was Esau. When he told the angel that his name was Jacob, a supplanter, the angel seemed to say, ‘You are neither Jacob nor Esau; Jacob is a bad name, and the Esau you claimed to be when you wanted to receive the blessing was a lie. Your name shall be called Israel (Genesis 32:28).’ There was a change of identity before he was launched into his destiny. Jacob was the person he used to be but Israel was the person he was meant to be.

"Take note of the following"

i. Until the old you goes, the new you will not emerge.

ii. Those who hold on to the old never lay hold of the new.

iii. Until the person you used to be dies, the person you are meant to be cannot live.
The truth is, there is a person God has in mind for you to be. There is an anointing you can never step into until something in you goes.

Until the ‘Jacob’ in you dies, the ‘Israel’ in you cannot live; liberty and destiny cannot be expressed, and capacity cannot be enlarged.

The ‘Jacob’ could be a deceptive lifestyle, immorality, financial fraud, bitterness, etc; let it give way to a new you according to God’s desire and you are set to fulfil destiny.

PRAYER:

1. Oh LORD I desist from every lifestyle that is preventing the manifestation of Your purpose and power in my life, in Jesus’ Name.

2. Oh LORD I make demands for a change of identity at the place of prayer; let the old me die completely, in Jesus’ Name.

3. Oh LORD, have Your way in my life. Crush every habit in me that hinders your power and purpose for my life, in Jesus’ Name.

Prophetic Pronouncement: The grace to identify the ‘Jacob’ in you and the grace to release it out of your life is released,"in Jesus’ Name.

Feeling like you’re not good enough?

Prayer Session 17th August 2026

Key 🔑 in Prayer and remain Valuable

SCRIPTURE: And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight. Number 13:33

The spirit of inferiority imposes inferiority complex or mentality upon people. It is the state of feeling less important, valuable or worthy than others. The spirit of inferiority makes people feel lower in status, appearance, rank or capability. It makes people feel helpless, hopeless, worthless and miserable.

The spirit of inferiority places a terrible limitation on life and destiny; it is the spirit that makes you think that you can never make it in life. This kind of mentality fuels captivity, adversity and calamity.

Take note of the following:

i) Mind-set Determines outcome
Your mind-set is the engine room or manufacturing plant of your destiny. So, if failure fills your heart, failure will be manufactured for you. For instance, people easily commit the sin they have been thinking about (Proverbs 4:23).

ii) Mind-set Determines action
You behave the way you believe. You can only move about with audacity if you have an audacious mentality. You apologise to everybody because you have an apologetic mentality (Habakkuk 2:2).

iii) Mind-set is magnetic
What you meditate on determines what you magnetise. The kind of situation,"people and circumstance that come your way is a product of what occupies your mind. You cannot change your life until you change your mind, and when your mind is changed, everything else is changed (Ephesians 3:20).

iii) Mind-set either facilitates or frustrates divine intervention
God answers your thinking (Ephesians 3:20). Those who are always negative, pessimistic, doubtful, fearful and timid will never see God at work.

iv) How you see yourself determines how the enemy sees you and handles you.
Your evaluation of yourself is how the enemy values you (Numbers 13:33).

My charge is, see yourself the way God sees you.

PRAYER :

1. Almighty God I choose to have a mind change, and shift, for everything else to change in my life, in Jesus’ Name.

2. I make up my mind to study God’s Word daily in order to understand what He says about me, in Jesus’ Name.

3. I will reset my mind to believe what You Almighty God says about me from Your Word, in Jesus’ Name.

4. Oh LORD, I reject every inferiority mentality; I receive grace to believe what You have said about me, in Jesus’ Name.

Provocations for Divine Breakthrough

Prayer Session 16th August 2026

Key 🔑 in Prayer and remain Productive

SCRIPTURE: And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
JOB 42:10.

It is very important to know that in every possibility, there are responsibilities to take.
Where there is no effort, there cannot be effect.

There must be a price to pay to win a prize. In the same way, divine breakthroughs are products of human efforts.

For example, for Jacob to experience divine intervention, he had to wrestle with the angel. Let’s highlight a few things to do to secure breakthrough from God.

i). Standing in the gap on the behalf of others.

Job 42:10 says, And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before. Job stood in the gap for his friends, praying for them, and God turned his own captivity.

When you pray for others, when you reach out for the salvation and the deliverance of others, you secure divine breakthroughs in your own life. When you make an effort to bring someone to the knowledge of God; when you stand in the gap for people at the place of prayer, you secure heaven’s attention and intervention.

ii). Standing consistently in the service of God. Service provokes divine breakthrough.

When you have some challenging issues that require divine intervention, service is a major way to provoke such interventions.

When you serve God, you provoke His attention.
In Luke 1: 5-13, we understand that Zachariah was a righteous priest, but he had no child. He continued serving in the house of God, making sacrifices and burning incense. Then one day, an angel of the Lord appeared to him and told him that his wife, Elizabeth, would give birth to a son, and he should call his name, John.

When you remain consistent in serving God despite your persistent challenging situation, you secure His attention and intervention.

PRAYER :

1. LORD I’ve realized that when I remain consistent in serving You despite my persistent challenging situation, I secure Your attention and intervention. May Your divine intervention continually be with me, in Jesus’ Name.

2. I choose to give myself fully to Your service Almighty God, in Jesus’ Name.

3. LORD, I receive the grace to stand in the gap for others. Help to give myself wholly to serving You all the days of my life, in Jesus’ Name.

Your destiny is not at the mercy of the economy; your destiny is at the mercy of your seed. Isaac sowed in that land, and despite the hardship in the land, he had a breakthrough. Daddy

The Power Of Love

Prayer Session 15th August 2026

Key 🔑 in Prayer and remain Powerful

SCRIPTURE: Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. 1 Corinthians 13:1

It has been confirmed that love is the most powerful force on the earth.

Love is the most powerful force because of the following reasons:

i. God Himself is love.
God is Love, and God is the most powerful Personality on the face of the earth. If God is love, then love is powerful.

ii. Love created the earth.
In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth (Genesis 1:1).
Since God is Love, this means, in the beginning, Love created the heavens and the earth.

iii. Love is stronger than death.
Song of Solomon 8:6 says, Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death; Love is stronger than death.

In 1 Samuel 30:11-12, we saw a man who was about to die, but David and his servants found him and showed him love, and he came back to life. Indeed, love is stronger than death.

In John 8:3-11, a woman was caught in adultery and was meant to be stoned to death, but Love (Jesus, the Son of GOD) rescued her.

It was love that brought back Lazarus from the grave. (John 11:35-36). When Jesus wept, the people acknowledged how much He loved Lazarus. Jesus’ passion for Lazarus brought Lazarus back to life.

Love defeated the devil at the Cross of Calvary. Love defeated hell, death and the grave at the Cross.

Matthew 20:18-19 says, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death, And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again.

You see, hatred buried love, but love could not be buried. On the third day, Love resurrected.

If love is powerful, it means you become powerful in life when you walk in love. If love is this powerful, then it is important to walk in the realm of love.

Make up your mind to walk in love to connect the Nature and Power of God.

PRAYER :

1. Father God has love is so powerful, I key 🔑 into it; so that I may become powerful in life when I walk in love, in Jesus’ Name.

2. Almighty God by all means, I refuse to walk in hatred, in Jesus’ Name

3. Almighty God I ask that saturate my heart with Your love so I can walk in Your Power and authority, in Jesus’ Name.

4. Lord, I ask that you rid me of every spirit of hatred from my heart. I receive a fresh baptism of love, in Jesus’ Name.

The overflow comes to facilitate the demonstration of God’s love to a dying world. When God gives us abundance beyond measure, we can demonstrate His love to a dying world. Daddy Paul Enenche.

Character: Living Life with a Positive Outlook

Key 🔑 in Prayer and Remain Established

SCRIPTURE: And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men. Acts 24:16.

It has been established that character is one essential ingredient of life and destiny. Your destiny is at the mercy of your character. To live right is to go up in life.

What is character?
Character is existence with positive conviction, not for consensus.

People of positive character have positive conviction; they don’t live by consensus. Character is living for positive purpose, and not for pleasure.

Character is purposeful existence, and not pleasurable living. It is existence that is purpose-driven, and not pleasure-driven.

There are people whose lives are driven by pleasure. So, they can do anything as far as it makes them happy.

Character is living not just for the immediate, but for the ultimate. There are those who live with only today in mind. But people of character live with tomorrow in mind.

People of character don’t go for temporary gain and end in permanent loss.

People who lack character like Esau gain things that are temporal, and lose things that are permanent.

A man of character will sacrifice today’s gain for tomorrow’s profit, he knows what it means to delay gratification.

Character means living thoughtfully instead of thoughtlessly. People of character are thoughtful while people without character are thoughtless.

To live with character is to live thoughtfully; you weigh your options and embark on the most profitable course of action.

Are you a person of quality and positive character?

My charge is, do not live for temporal gains like Esau? Make up your mind to avoid anything that will affect your character and destiny negatively.

PRAYER :

1. LORD I make up my mind to be a person of quality and positive character, in Jesus’ Name.

2. LORD I will avoid the temptation of living without integrity, Jesus’ Name.

3. LORD, I ask that You make me a person of quality conviction. I receive the grace to live right, in Jesus’ Name.

Prophetic Pronouncement:
The LORD empower you to overcome all forms of temptation and compromise in Jesus’ Name.

The Therapy For A Lifestyle Of Strife And Bitterness!

Prayer Session 13th August 2026

Key 🔑 in Prayer and remain Focused

SCRIPTURE: I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:14.

Where strife is in place; focus is distracted where strife is established, competition equals limitation, and the presence of strife is the absence of God.

It is important to understand the therapy for a lifestyle of strife and bitterness in order to fulfil life’s destiny.

What are the therapies for the life of strife and bitterness?

i) Struggle only to be what God wants you to be
Do not struggle to be like others or do what another person is striving to achieve, rather struggle to be who God wants you to be. What you are to be should be what God wants you to be (Philippians 3:14).

ii) Refuse every temptation to jealousy and competition
Avoid every invitation to compete or strive with someone
(2Corinthians 10:12).

iii) Wish everybody well
Pray for those who try to strive and compete with you. Tell God, ‘O Lord, bless my sister or brother, may they not become anything less than what they were created for. May they fulfil their life’s assignment’ When you do this from the depth of your heart, every hatred will die. You cannot tell God to make somebody everything He wants them to be without God making you to become all He wants you be.

Life is a seed; life is practical. Decide to pray for people because you cannot strive with the person you pray for consistently.

PRAYER :

1. I have decided to be what You Almighty God wants me to be, in Jesus’ Name.

2. Oh LORD I will determine to wish everyone well, in Jesus’ Name.

3. Oh LORD I will remain focused on my purpose for existence; I refuse to be stagnated by jealousy and competition, in Jesus Name.

4. Oh LORD, I ask that You give me the focus to be what You want me to be. I receive the grace to wish everyone well and pray for them, in Jesus’ Name.

Bitterness is an underlying problem that doesn't always manifest on the outside, but dwells in that person's system. Mumy Becky from AM I BITTER?
