JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for building the business by identifying and selling our products to prospecting ,maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities

Research and analyze sales options

Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

Ability to collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job when required

Full Grade 12 Certificate with English and Mathematics a must.

Certificate in Marketing or any other relevant filed will be added an advantage.

Experience in Sales and Marketing

Competency in English and one or two Local Languages.

Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office software

Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

Ability to create and deliver presentations
Fast learner and quick thinker

Passionate about sales
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

CopperCash Credit Limited wishes to recruit the services of Loan Sales Officers at our three branches which includes Kitwe, Lusaka and Mansa.

The Officers will be responsible for sales and marketing as well as loan process while in the field purely on commission with competitive commission structure.

Duties, responsibilities and attributes

Sales and Marketing
Loan process while in the field
Carrying out full KYC
Good customer service
Fluent in English as well one or two local languages
Good interpersonal skills
Good leadership skills with minimum supervision
Must be a resident of a branch applied for.

Qualifications
1. Grade 12 (twelve) school certificate which includes English and Mathematics
2. Certificate in any business course and Diploma will be an added advantage
