ANNOUNCEMENT
This Wednesday 5th January 2022, there will be a team from Mungwi who will be screening for cervical cancer. All women of childbearing age are requested to come around 9:00hrs. Family planning will also be offered.

It's another round of Child Health Week which is commencing on 22nd November 2021.
Activities to be done
1. Weighing of all under 5 children
2. Height measuring of all under 5 Children
3. Nutrition assessment by use of a strap on the upper arm
4. Deworming children
5. Vitamin A supplimentation
6. Other routine immunisation to eligible children
7. HPV vaccinations to girls aged 14 yrs
8. Covid vaccinations with J & J vaccine.
We therefore urge mother's and caretakers to bring their children under 5 years of age and all the girls who are aged 14yrs for HPV, plus those who want to be vaccinated against covid from Monday 22nd November to 27th November 2021.We will be working from 8hrs to 17hrs.
Let's protect our children from preventable diseases.

Mass distribution is just around the corner in our catchment area, our able community volunteers are on the ground counting people and house holds in various zones/villages. Make sure your household is counted and all its occupants!

Child health week begins today 22nd - 27th June.
Activities include.
IPV mop up (children born between April 2016 and June 2018).
HPV vaccination for eligible children (those that received the first dose last and those receiving the first dose this year are those born between 1st 2005 and 31may 2006.
Nutrition assessment, growth monitoring, vitamin A and Deworming supplements.
Bring all children to the clinic or nearby out reach post for the above services.
