On the 15th May 2025, We had the privilege of learning from the Pension and Insurance Authority (PIA) about the importance of the Regulatory Sandbox a safe and controlled environment that allows innovative financial solutions to be tested while ensuring consumer protection.
The session highlighted how the Sandbox promotes innovation, strengthens regulatory capacity, supports financial inclusion, and enables evidence-based regulation. It also demonstrated how controlled testing helps identify potential risks, builds public trust through transparency, and contributes to the development of a stronger and more resilient financial sector.
A valuable learning experience that reinforced the importance of balancing innovation with consumer protection for sustainable growth.
We were all aged to be Insurance Ambassadors because the future starts now and not then.

We had the privilege of attending the inaugural launch of the NAPSA Student Chapter.
• The event reminded us that our future is shaped by both the education we receive and the decisions we make today.
• Through its Social Security System and voluntary savings initiatives, NAPSA is empowering young people with knowledge and practical life skills.
• In partnership with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, students are being equipped with valuable insights on financial literacy, leadership, and career preparedness.
• The initiative encourages students to develop habits of saving, planning, and financial responsibility from an early stage.
• As students, we are encouraged to:

GALA DINNER will be held at Nalochi Riverpark opposite Mulungushi University old Gate....on 23 May 2026. "Meet the Guest Speaker" Mr Milner Lubasi.
A professional with expertise in finance, auditing, taxation, financial controls, and risk management. Mr Milner Lubasi has accumulated over sixteen (16) years of experience post qualification, spanning both public and private sectors, including more than eight (8) years in the banking industry. Currently, he serves as a Senior Specialist in Reconciliation at Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc and has held various positions in different organizations, including a role as Audit and Tax Manager at MPH Chartered Accountants for over four (4) years. He possesses experience across multiple industries including banking, agriculture, non-governmental organizations, quasi-government entities, professional associations, broadcasting, insurance, and construction.

He has achieved Fellowship status with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He is a Certified IFRS Specialist and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in Sustainable Performance Management from Manchester Metropolitan University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of London. Currently, he is a CFA Level III Candidate.
