Bread Of Life CBU Fellowship together with Chipata Youth, Students & Young Adults went on a mission to Chizongwe Provincial STEM School, and over 50 Pupils accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord & personal Savior.

What is to Overcome?
Successfully conquering, controlling or dealing with a challenge, obstacle or negative emotion.

Or

Successfully deal with or defeat something difficult - whether it's a problem, fear, obstacle, challenge or emotion.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO OVERCOME?

Yes. Luke 1:37. Mark 9: 23.
To be able to overcome, you must firstly, BELIEVE, that you can overcome.

How can one overcome?
By the Help of the Lord Jesus. Revelation 3:21.

We shall consider two people, the FIRST ADAM and SECOND. The first Adam failed to overcome, the second Adam managed to overcome. Access to the tree of life is only for the one who overcomes.

FIRST ADAM
1. GOD SPOKE, GOD SPEAKS. Genesis 2: 16.
To overcome you need to be able to hear, when God speaks. John 10: 27.

2. Strength to OBEY: Hearing is one thing, obeying is another.
3. Be Firmly Established in the Truth. Genesis 3: 13. Eve was not firmly established in the truth that is why she was deceived.

SECOND ADAM
1. Discerning accurately the voice of God. Matthew 4: 1-11. 16: 17, 23.
2. Purpose in Your Heart to be well pleasing to Him. Matthew 3: 17. 2 Corinthians 5: 9.
3. Be Driven by the Holy Spirit. Mark 1 :12. Matthew 4:1.

MERCY AND FAVOR TO OVERCOME.
Luke 2: 52.
To be able to overcome you need Favor in the sight of God and Man.

Mercy is a prerequisite for favor. Mercy precedes Favor.
Psalm 102: 13. Proverbs 3: 3 - 4. Genesis 39: 21.

PRAYER: LORD JESUS, HELP ME TO OVERCOME THE SAME WAY YOU OVERCAME.
