This patient had what is called a tuberous breast deformity when part of the breast envelope does not develop the same in all the quadrants . it is much more difficult to do a standard breast augmentation, but this patient is seeing 6 months post op, and as you can see, the breast shape has vastly improved, and she is very happy 🌸
