It’s midweek, time for a quick self check-in.
How are you really doing?
Sometimes we plow through the days without noticing how heavy our shoulders have become, how tense we feel or how shallow our breaths are.
Take 30 seconds:
unclench your jaw
soften your gaze
drop your shoulders
breathe in deeply.
REPEAT.
You don’t have to wait for a breakdown to give yourself a break.

Start small.
