We added AI triggered cameras to a Paradox alarm.
We don't use beams any more.

When set up correctly, they provide extremely accurate triggers.
We have had no issues with false alarms yet.

Any false alarm can be played back and fine tuned.

These cameras have built-in speakers providing voice warnings and flashing.light deterrance.
They offers 2-way communication.

Being easily accessible from the street, we had to manufacture an anti-vandal cover.

This makes it very difficult to steal or brake.

It is made of 4mm steel and fixed with knock-off screws.

This TOU settings works very well for my setup.

Grid charge never applies, unless grid failed early morning and there is no sun when it comes back on. (perfect storm)

Battery cut-off at 10% - should never be needed.

The % settings are just to protect against over-use of the battery at specific times.
It will stop and switch to grid.
E.g. if someone cooks a lot 4pm-8pm, the battery will stop at 80%.

I chose these settings, because a sunny day with little cooking after sunset will use PV and battery, with no grid needed.

I only have 4.4kW solar and 7.68kWh battery on a Deye 8kVA.
