Strand Beachfront Apartment recently completed by Proline Kitchens.
This is a modern, coastal-contemporary kitchen with a calm, neutral colour palette that complements the sea view. The design blends matte painted cabinetry, stone-effect surfaces, and warm wood accents.
Countertops and Work Surfaces have light-colored engineered stone, creamy off-white/beige with a very soft grey-brown veining, giving a marble-like appearance.
The overall Aesthetic and Mood of this kitchen feels luxurious yet livable - a quiet luxury coastal look. The combination of crisps white, soft sage green, warm wood tones, and light stone creates a serene, high-end beach-house feel that maximises the natural light and ocean views from the adjacent living areas and office nook.
The finishes are clearly chosen for durability while maintaining an elegant, contemporary appearance suitable for a premium beachfront property.

Proline Kitchens recently completed this (High-end contemporary kitchen with strong contrast between the Dark Matte Cabinetry and the Luxurious Veined Stone Surfaces) on a small holding in the Raithby area near Somerset West, working closely together with Willem van Zyl Architects.
The Cabinetry are modern shaker-style doors with recessed panels in a matt dark charcoal grey colour with sleek, long, silver/brushed nickel bar handles.
The kitchen Island countertop shows a dramatic dark marble-effect stone with bold white/grey veining, while the perimeter worktop is of a lighter natural stone with soft beige/grey veining and a more subtle pattern look.
The backsplash matches the perimeter worktop material - the same light marble/stone with subtle veining.
The main kitchen area has a light-toned herringbone wooden floor, while the adjacent utility area has decorative patterned tiles with a classic geometric designing grey and white.
Other noticeable finishes are the island shelving which has open sections with natural light oak timber interiors, creating a nice warm contrast against the dark cabinetry.

The Farm at Pringle Bay in progress . . .
So we at Proline Kitchens had the privilege and opportunity to meet the owner of thefarm_pringlebay back in March of this year. It's been quite a journey so far and a very exciting one too with Brandon. It is November already and we are not there yet, but with good planning, preparation in the factory, and regular site meetings, we will produce the goods and are looking forward to installation date early next year.
