LEKABO HOLDINGS Presents LKB Events: REAL TALK with REAL WOMEN SEMINAR on the 28th AUGUST 2022 @ CAFE 1355, 5185 Mpane Street, Orlando East, Soweto.
The purpose of the event is to:
-To create a platform for both young and older women whereby they can be empowered to think positively have a shift-in-mind-set, and add relevance for their future survival.
-To uplift, inspire and motivate young and older women to become successful business women
-To reclaim self confidence
-To educate women regarding mental health and how to deal with our emotional, psychological, and social well-being which affects how we think, feel, and act.
-To also help determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices
-To create awareness on how Mental health impacts every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
