AUDITION NOTICE – UNREAD FEELINGS (REMOTE FILM)
MME MEDIA PRODUCTION

Dear Applicants,
We are pleased to announce that auditions are now open for the upcoming film titled UNREAD FEELINGS, a modern cinematic love-drama told through two separate characters living in different locations. This film will be produced as a Remote Film.

WHAT IS A REMOTE FILM?
A Remote Film is a production style where actors are filmed from their own locations while being directed live through video call.
This method allows for:
• Filming in your natural environment
• Realistic performance spaces (bedrooms, hallways, outdoor areas)
• Zero travel requirements
• High-quality storytelling across different places
Remote filmmaking is internationally recognized and allows for strong emotional performances without gathering the entire cast in one location.

DEVICE REQUIREMENTS
To maintain cinematic quality, all actors must have:
• A high-quality smartphone (iPhone or Samsung recommended)
• A clear and steady camera with good lighting capability
• Sufficient storage for recorded scenes
Applicants without a suitable device may not be selected.

CHARACTERS AND REQUIRED LOCATIONS

SHERISH – Female Lead
Sherish will film scenes in:
• A residence room or a room similar to a student res environment
• A university hallway or a hallway that can realistically substitute one
• An outdoor restaurant area
Supporting characters around Sherish include:
• Lerato – roommate in the res
• Lecturer – appears in the hallway scene

EVANS – Male Lead
Evans will film scenes in:
• A bedroom
• A library or a space resembling a study or library area
• An outdoor restaurant setting
Supporting characters around Evans include:
• Tshepo – friend in the library scene
• Father (flashback) – funeral memory scene with no dialogue, only silhouette performance
