Season of June Success!

We’re delighted to honour Palesa Mokomele’s journey as she steps into her new role from her impactful work as an ESD Project Manager to Client Relationship Consultant.

In this Season of June Success, we celebrate the paths that shape our future. Palesa’s new role is a reminder that growth is not just personal it is a shared achievement that uplifts our team and strengthens the bonds we build with our clients.

Congratulations Palesa, your journey is a true inspiration and a celebration of shared success.

“Success is often measured by what is achieved, yet its truest measure lies in what remains after the achievement. The confidence built, the value created and the relationships that continues to thrive long after the work is done.

The most meaningful success is not found in how far we climb but in how many lives are better because we chose to climb with intention.”

In South Africa, the value of leadership lies in the courage to drive meaningful change, not just accumulation. Thank you to Marlini Mansingh (MBA) for reminding us that conscious leadership is critical to South Africa’s social development journey.

Why Is Conscious Leadership Critical to the Time Value of Social Development in South Africa?

Corporate South Africa counts years in reports and reviews. But for a child born into inequality, twelve months can mean the difference between potential nurtured and potential lost. Social impact isn’t charity, it’s an investment in our country’s stability.

Every year we delay intervention in education, youth development, food security or gender based violence prevention, the cost compounds economically, socially and generationally. Early action changes households, schools and communities.

Conscious leadership matters because nation building cannot be left to government alone. It requires partnership, accountability and leaders who act, not wait.

The future of South Africa depends on leaders who act, not wait. Social impact is not charity, it’s an investment in stability, dignity and opportunity.

From 24–26 April, our LEAPsters gathered at Gxarha in the Eastern Cape for an unforgettable incentive trip. More than just a getaway, it was a moment to honour the dedication and resilience that keep our company thriving.

Outside the office, we discovered how each individual embodies our values, especially Teamwork. Whether sharing the workload, playing to our strengths, transferring skills, or supporting one another, we created a space filled with energy, joy and connection.

This was more than a trip, it was a reminder that when we stand together, we don’t just build efficiency and productivity, we build impact, belonging, and a future worth celebrating.

From LEAP, Essential Skills, Secunda Business Hub and LAB17 Foundation ✨ Happy Workers’ Day! ✨

Here’s to the people behind the progress. Today we celebrate you.
