This month we proudly celebrate Philiswa Ndlelambini, who steps into her new role as CRM & Advisory Lead.

Philiswa’s journey from ESD Programme Manager to CRM & Advisory Lead reflects dedication, vision and the courage to grow. This appointment is more than a new title it is a recognition of the impact she has already made and the leadership she will continue to bring.

We are excited to see Philiswa champion this division, guiding our client relationships with care, strategy and excellence. Her appointment marks a milestone not only in her career but also in our collective progress at LEAP.

Corporate South Africa counts years in reports and reviews. But for a child born into inequality, twelve months can mean the difference between potential nurtured and potential lost. Social impact isn’t charity, it’s an investment in our country’s stability.

Every year we delay intervention in education, youth development, food security or gender based violence prevention, the cost compounds economically, socially and generationally. Early action changes households, schools and communities.

Conscious leadership matters because nation building cannot be left to government alone. It requires partnership, accountability and leaders who act, not wait.

From 24–26 April, our LEAPsters gathered at Gxarha in the Eastern Cape for an unforgettable incentive trip. More than just a getaway, it was a moment to honour the dedication and resilience that keep our company thriving.

Outside the office, we discovered how each individual embodies our values, especially Teamwork. Whether sharing the workload, playing to our strengths, transferring skills, or supporting one another, we created a space filled with energy, joy and connection.

This was more than a trip, it was a reminder that when we stand together, we don’t just build efficiency and productivity, we build impact, belonging, and a future worth celebrating.
