Human relationships form the foundations of all dynamics that we engage with on a daily basis.

The better you understand the fundamentals of relationships (both interpersonal & intrapersonal) the better you can influence them. My purpose is to help REfresh, REfocus, REjuvenate, REconstruct and REorganise relationships to help optimise communication, understanding and connection, minimising conflict, and ultimately helping to access and cultivate our incredible innate human potential. .

As seasons change, we are reminded of the fact that the only constant in life is . How we chose to acknowledge, accept, grow and own the change is up to us, otherwise change that takes place owns us. The is yours.

Are you a parent of a teenager?
How is your teen coping with the uncertainty of school and lockdown? (How are you coping?)

Home-life, school-life, relationships and our personal well-being are all taking significant strain as we all continue to try to adapt to lockdown life, but this is not easy and it seems like teenagers are taking this the hardest.

Let’s help them to:
Learn to recognise what is in our control and what is not
Understand the difference between control and influence
Realise how much attention we give things out of our control
Develop skills to positively navigate through turbulent times
Adapt, adjust and thrive.
