Rising elegantly against the ocean horizon, the building offers a lifestyle rooted in wellness, calm, and sophisticated ease, crafted for those who seek a finer way of inhabiting space.

The architectural language is anchored in the timeless warmth of traditional travertine, lending the tower a sense of permanence, restraint, and understated grandeur. This classical materiality is delicately enriched by touches of African art and cultural expression, introducing soul, texture, and identity into the overall experience. The result is a building that feels both globally luxurious and deeply grounded in place.

Expansive outliving areas extend the private realm outward, framing uninterrupted views of the ocean and inviting residents into a daily dialogue with light, breeze, and horizon. ——Melrose Villa is what happens when a five-bedroom house stops trying to be a “building” and quietly becomes a philosophy with a roof.

From the street it doesn’t shout, because real confidence doesn’t need volume. It simply is: a composed slab of calm, dressed in travertine and natural stone like tailored linen on a summer evening. The materials don’t perform; they participate. Stone holds the silence. Wood warms it, the way a good idea warms a room, subtle, but immediately undeniable.

You don’t “enter” Melrose Villa so much as you’re gently persuaded to slow down. Thresholds are treated like sentences with proper punctuation, there’s a pause, a breath, and then the interior opens like a well-edited argument. Light is the main tenant here, moving through spaces with the casual authority of something that never has to prove itself. The house isn’t obsessed with being dramatic; it’s obsessed with being true.

The plan is generous without being wasteful, five bedrooms, each one a private retreat rather than a storage unit for fatigue. Circulation is fluid, almost conversational: rooms talk to each other, then politely stop talking when privacy is required. VILLA MOSADI

This family villa is situated on a steep slope in Blue-hills Equestrian Estate. The country style sculptural geometry of the roof plane and skylight harvest natural light into the entrance hall and dinning area. Terracing concrete boxes float above the pool area and are orientated to frame significant views.

Designed for a young software architect, this fully automated house has Morse coded steel cladding panels which denote certain phrases and characteristics. Visitors experience a poetic journey down to the lower entertainment area that celebrates the seamless connection between the interior and exterior through a series of eventful spaces.
