Together, we rise in pink — spreading hope, strength, and knowledge this Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

🩷 Make sure to regularly perform self-examinations and to inform your doctor if you notice any abnormal breast lumps, ni**le discharge, pain or dramatic changes in breast size or shape.

🩷 Remember to get annual mammograms from the age of 40 years old, or earlier if you have a strong family history.

Early detection saves lives. Let’s stand together, share knowledge, and support those affected by breast cancer.

Dr Ash spent the weekend attending a conference on the latest developments in Obesity management.

Obesity has only recently been recognised as a chronic medical condition that requires appropriate treatment and management in the way that all other chronic conditions do.

By removing the stigma surrounding Obesity, we can ensure that patients get the treatment they need for a better quality of life.
