We made Polpette this afternoon! Beautiful lean Chalmer beef mince meat balls in rich Napoletana!
Sipho, our illiterate but Top Chap in the kitchen, served me a simple Risotto alla Parmigiana with the Polpette!
Am washing it down with a little glass of my friend’s wine!
