After almost 7 years of serving vulnerable children, we can hardly contain our excitement as the first phase of our dining room is finally becoming a reality.

What started as a dream is now taking shape, and we are incredibly grateful to every person, church, business, and supporter who has walked this journey with us. Lighthouse Child & Youth Care Centre is urgently in need of boys' tekkies to help keep our children warm, comfortable, and confident during the cold winter months.

Family Reunification Support Project

Following the traumatic removal of a family of six children, the children are currently in safe care while their wellbeing is secured. However, we believe that this situation should not end in permanent separation where there is a willing and committed mother who is open to change.

We are therefore initiating a structured and professionally managed reunification support project aimed at assisting the mother to rebuild her parenting capacity and work towards safely restoring the family unit.

The project will focus on ongoing child safety, psychosocial support for the mother, practical parenting assistance, and a phased reunification plan under professional supervision.

Our goal is to preserve and restore families wherever safely possible, and we invite support and partnership in this process.
