VMS Performance Parts

VMS Performance part is now producing flashlight mounts designed for the AK platform. The flashlight can be mounted on the left or right side of the rifle. The mount in designed to mount to the barrel between the handguard and the gas block, which allows for operation on the flashlight without the shooter moving the support hand off the handguard. This is a low profile flashlight mount and will not interfere with the cleaning rod.

The flashlight can be mounted in the forward or rear position depending on the shooters preference.

The flashlight mount and OLIGHT M1X Striker is shipped with all that is needed to secure it to your rifle and maintain the battery. In the shipping box is the flashlight mount, OLIGHT M1X Striker, OLIGHT 18659 battery, universal charger and cap screws. Also included is an allen key and a small sachet of Loctite.

VMS Performance part will soon be shipping slings for the AK platform. There will be two colour option, black and khaki.

The G***k Gen 4 extended magazine release is shipped with all that is needed to secure it to your pistol. In the shipping box are the extended magazine release plate, the modified factory G***k magazine release, and a cap screw. Also included is an allen key and a small sachet of Loctite.

To prevent the extended magazine release from rotating when a force is applied, grooves are machined into the underside to match the serrations of the factory G***k magazine release.

This extended magazine release kit uses a factory G***k magazine release that is drilled. A Helicoil is then inserted to improve the contact strength of the M2.5 cap screw and the plastic part.

For the G***k Gen 4 an extended magazine release is now been produced. Two version of the magazine release are currently being manufactured, a long and a medium length. This allows the shooter to press the magazine release without shifting his/her grip.

Each weight is shipped with all that is needed to secure it to your pistol. In the shipping box is the weight, locking plate and the two countersunk screws. Also included is an allen key and a small sachet of Loctite.

The weight is secured to the pistol by a locking plate. The locking plate is pushed into the groove on the G***k rail. The weight is then slid onto the rail and the two countersunk screws tightened.

The second weight is designed to be compatible with the CR Speed holster, and has a small cut out so that there is not interference with the set screw on the CR Speed holster. With this cut out the weight adds 142g to the pistol.

Two versions of the weight are currently being produced. The first is a weight of 157g and if you was using a CR Speed holster then the holster has to be modified slightly to get it to engage the safety lever.
