This page has been extremely quiet for the duration of it's existence, but we thought it would be a good idea to reach out in this time of crisis.

It is a time for keeping our distance and maintaining our connections. We are living the test of our lives.

I am truly humbled by the feedback I got from everyone on this page. I am in such a fortunate position to have found my passion and to pursue it, but to receive such positive affirmation makes the challenge seem trifling in comparison to the cause.

So often in life we glamorize the idea of "us against the world", but already in the embryonic phase of this new journey I have seen that even at our most isolated, we only experience isolation. We are never definitively alone.

My mission is to promote mental, physical and spiritual well being in each client. Engaging in a dialogue to empower each individual and identify resources and strengths that are at their disposal.

Vision:

My vision is for each person to be able to address suffering, challenges and issues at hand. The individual needs to be able to address these issues in a safe confidential environment, where they can express themselves freely to find solutions and to live a more fulfilling life.
