INGREDIENTS

- HAKE Fish🐟 and chips🍟
- Green Salad
- McCain Traditional Chips
- Fish Coating
- Spice for Fish
- Paprika
- Soy sauce
- Tomato sauce
- Eggs
- salt

INSTRUCTIONS

-Hake Fish
1st you descale and remove the intestines from the hake fish.
Turn on the stove and pour in Frying oil into a pan and warm it.
Deep the fish inside the Fish coat mixed with Paprika and Spice for Fish.
2nd mix the eggs with soy sauce, deep the coated fish and deep it inside the egg mixture.

Fry the fish inside the oil (N.B make sure the oil is hot), fry it until it turns brownish/gold.
Remove it from the frying Pan and let it rest.

-Chips
Warm the oil on a stove.
Once warm put it the McCain traditional chips and let it fry till they turn gold and remove them from the oil.

-Salad
Sliced green pepper, Sliced Tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce 🥬, and onions, mixed with Greek salad dressing and Honey and mustard salad dressing.
