in Pretoria meet at our Industy Night in collaboration with on 2 April at the SA State Theatrw~ Phomolo Sekamotho, a versatile South African musician, poet, and storyteller based in Pretoria. He leads the alternative world music collective He & I, which is known for its unique “poetry in music” experience. His music blends African indigenous sounds (such as the mbira) with alternative jazz, hip-hop, and spoken word.Performance Style: Flex creates evocative soundscapes using a combination of traditional instruments and modern technology.

in Pretoria meet Farai Machingambi, is a Zimbabwe-born, Pretoria-based musician, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist dedicated to preserving and promoting African traditional musical heritage! self-taught musician who began his musical journey around 1997 after being gifted an Mbira by a spirit medium (Svikiro) relative at Masononga, a mountain in the Great Zimbabwe area.
