Shellfish crazy, made some crayfish crisps and puffs that we're gonna stuff with a crayfish or crab mousse, they tasted mind blowing and I can't wait to experiment with them some more
Also this pasta with prawns has so many prawns in it I think we need to change the name to prawns with pasta

in Vilankulos We did some pizza and bread training with Chef Willie from Mountain Brewery in Worcester, what a legend, from pulling the dough to making the perfect pizza sauce, the humidity in the air really hampered our progress but luckily he knew how to accomodate our tropical climate into the recipe
