Although the final didn’t go their way today, they finish as Castle Lager Grand Challenge runners-up, and that takes absolutely nothing away from what they achieved this year. 👏🔥

Yesterday’s semifinal result wasn’t the ending NWU 1 had hoped for, but it doesn’t take away from an incredible season filled with hard work, sacrifice, unforgettable moments and memories that will last far beyond the final whistle.

To every player, coach, staff member, supporter and family member —thank you for standing behind us every step of the way. Your support has meant more than words can say.

The boys can now enjoy a well-deserved break before we regroup, refocus and return stronger for the 2027 season. The work continues, and we’re already looking forward to what next year will bring.
