Ok people......the Architectural Professionals in PE areas along with Despatch and Uitenhage area recieved an email from the local authorities that all plans draughted with regards to lipped channel carports and verandahs must be accompanied with structural engineer's drawings. This is because there is no SANS document to reference to for rafter spacing amongst other. This will be implemented as from the 15 Feb' 2019.
