We were going to post for International Cat Day on the 8th, but our Social Media Manager was asleep on the job.

Happy belated International Cat Day to all the cats out there who bring so much joy, comfort, and entertainment to our lives every day! 🐾

Today, in honor of South African National Women's Day, COMPRSA celebrated in a way that truly makes a difference.

Instead of the usual, our team came together to donate food to Nicole's Rescue, an incredible initiative led by a woman who goes above and beyond every day to rescue, care for, and feed animals in need.

Nicole's dedication, compassion, and selflessness remind us what real strength looks like. She doesn't just talk about change; she lives it, one rescue at a time.

To our COMPRSA team: thank you for your generosity and for always showing up with heart. And to Nicole: thank you for being such an inspiring woman and for everything you do for those who can't speak for themselves.

Happy Women's Day! Let's celebrate strength, resilience, and compassion in all its forms. We want to honor every woman, whether you are leading a community, pursuing your passions, or simply navigating everyday life with grace and courage.

You are so valued and appreciated. Here is to uplifting, supporting, and celebrating all women, today and always.

Rising anxiety about job security is redefining employee career perceptions and forcing a shift in how organizations manage talent. Fueled by concerns around AI and demographic change, this uncertainty impacts engagement, productivity, and retention - while also creating a critical opportunity for employers to rebuild trust, strengthen engagement, and future-proof their workforce in the face of declining performance linked to job insecurity.

AI sits at the center of job security anxiety - as both threat and tool. While fears of replacement persist, employees who use AI report greater confidence in their job security. This underscores the role of augmentation when AI is embedded to enhance human capability - automating routine tasks, improving decision-making, and increasing productivity - workers feel more valuable, not less. Paired with targeted upskilling, AI strengthens perceived employability and engagement. Treating AI purely as a cost-cutting lever risks eroding trust and accelerating disengagement.

At COMPRSA, we deploy AI to augment human work and invest in training that increases worker confidence and productivity.

We provide targeted reskilling and upskilling, with a focus on roles most exposed to automation, and align learning with clear career pathways to reinforce employee value. We integrate AI thoughtfully - training employees to use AI tools, involving them in implementation decisions, and positioning AI as an augmentative capability that strengthens job security perceptions. Cross-generational mentorship and skill-sharing further accelerate adoption and help bridge generational divides in technology use.

With three decades of experience in organizational culture and engagement, we understand that culture is a critical differentiator. Trust, built through transparent decision-making, fair redeployment and transition policies, and meaningful recognition of employee contributions will transform anxiety into engagement.
