We're thrilled to share that this week, we handed over 10 backpacks to Ankervas Primary School in Ward 40, accompanied by Councillor Jason Grobbelaar! πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ“š

We must thank Principal Jacobs and his team for their dedication to their learners. πŸ™πŸ½
We believe in recognizing the hard work of our educators and the potential of our learners. 🀝🏽

Our backpack movement aims to make a difference, one bag at a time. 🌟 But we know there's more work to be done. That's why we're launching phase two: a school-to-school collaboration to collect and share used bags, stationery, and more. πŸ“πŸ‘«

Let's work together to ensure no learner goes without. πŸ’•

Beloved Walmer High School principal set to retire -

The principal of Walmer Secondary School is the engine room of this school, and he will be sorely missed. He truly kept everything running smoothly and worked hard for the community. His dedication made a massive difference to the students and staff. πŸ™Œ We're so thankful for his years of service and the positive impact he's had. Let's all work together to support the school as it moves forward. πŸ’š We wish him all the best in his future endeavors! πŸ’ͺ
