🚨 UPDATE – TERRANCE ROAD ARREST 🚨

Further investigation has confirmed that the water meter and stopcock were stolen from a property in Geisha Crescent, Kabega Park.

The homeowner’s plumber identified where the pipe had been broken off, and the shape of the break matched the recovered meter, confirming it had been stolen from the address.

The homeowner has opened a case with Kabega Park SAPS, and the suspect will be linked to the case for further investigation.

While patrolling the area following information received about a male in a resident’s yard, our Armed Response officers located a suspect acting suspiciously after noticing the response vehicle.

A search was conducted with the suspect’s consent, during which officers found a water meter and stopcock in his possession.

The suspect was arrested and handed over to Kabega Park SAPS for further investigation.

🚨 UPDATE – STOLEN PROPERTY INCIDENT 🚨

Following further investigation, Extreme Security officers successfully located the property from which the television was stolen.
The resident confirmed that a television and a laptop had been stolen during the incident.

🚨 EXTREME SECURITY ALERT – STOLEN PROPERTY RECOVERED 🚨

📍 Location: Pandora Avenue, Parsons Vlei

Extreme Security received information via a local social media group regarding two suspects seen walking with a television.

Community members attempted to apprehend the suspects, but they managed to evade capture. The suspects dropped the television and fled towards Kuyga.

Armed Response officers conducted patrols in the area; however, the suspects could not be located.

The recovered television was booked in at Kabega Park SAPS for safekeeping and further investigation.

OVERSIGHT VISIT CONDUCTED AT INFORMAL SETTLEMENTS

Today, an oversight visit was conducted at the informal settlements behind Hunter's Transfer Station and in Sherwood, behind the Engen garage.

The inspection was carried out by the NMBM Town Rangers and a representative from the NMBM COO's Office, Ms. Mpumi, with the assistance of Extreme Security, Afriforum Sherwood, and Cotswold NHW.

During the visit, the areas were identified and assessed. Warnings were issued to the occupants to vacate the premises. Should they fail to comply, further action will be taken in accordance with the relevant procedures.

📍 Location: Petersvale Road, Morningside

📅 Date & Time: 22 May 2026 | 13:40

We received information regarding a house fire in Petersvale Road, Morningside. Our Control Room immediately dispatched Armed Response officers and contacted the Fire Department.

Upon arrival, it was confirmed that the garage was on fire. Armed Response officers assisted on scene until the Fire Department arrived.

No injuries were reported on scene.

🚨 EXTREME SECURITY ALERT – ARREST 🚨

📍 Location: Redwing Dr, Westering

📅 Date & Time: 16 May 2026 | 22:36

While conducting patrols, Armed Response officers were stopped by an Uber driver requesting assistance with passengers who allegedly refused to pay after being dropped off at their destination.

The incident was reported to Kabega Park SAPS, who responded immediately. During further investigation, it came to light that the Uber driver had transported the suspects to Central, where drugs were allegedly collected.

SAPS searched the premises and found two males in possession of suspected drugs. Both suspects were arrested and are currently in custody pending further investigation.
