Remodeling & renovating small bathroom House Burrell Sundays River. A challage as in the small bathroom client wanted bath,basin, shower & toilet. We sourced a small bath & basin.

HOUSE GLOVER
Project involved taking old Walmer house with boxed rooms & passages, carefully demolishing walls after installation of two long steel Eye beams.

BURRELL- ERF 23, 46 WELLINGTON STREET, COLCHESTER. Project involved building new 4 Vehicle Garage for cars, water craft, caravans. New curved 1,8m boundary wall, conversion of existing double garage into entertainment room with sliding doors to pool courtyard. Renovation of rugged face brick walled bathroom to tiled modern bathroom including shower. All subcontract plumbing, electrical & painting were project managed incl calculation/purchase of material.

All materials quoted are for new quality materials that comply with SABS and National Building Standards. Any deviation would only be with the approval of the client.

SECURITY
As security is of utmost importance these days, I would like to bring the following to your attention for your peace of mind.
- I do not employ workers “off the street” & most of my workers have been in my employment for more than 6 years & I have copies of their ID books.
- In the 6 years that I was operating I never had a theft during or after the completion of a contract.
- My workers & I are always security conscious while at a client’s home, not allowing strangers access to the property.
- I am always contactable per cellphone at any time should there be any problem.
- Workers are also instructed not to inconvenience the client, keep site clean & have their own kettle, suger, tea etc.
- Noise levels & dust are kept to a minimum
